It doesn’t matter if you are selling Advertising Specialties, Printing, Life Insurance, Hospital Care or a Home; everyone wants good customer service, and consistency counts. When your customer knows that your level of attention and service can always be counted on they will call you! The customer wants to know that you as the supplier, or service, or product, will do what you say and follow up to ensure that it happens. This is the partnership you want with your customers, patients and clients. Is it happening in your business?
One way to develop those relationships is by going to our Chamber of Commerce breakfasts the second Wednesday of every month. You have the opportunity to interact with other local businesses before the breakfast and then you are sitting at a table with ten people and you can find out about their businesses. You might not have a need for everyone’s services, but you will find out from testimonials from members that are using theses businesses, that you could refer them based on testimonials. If you are going to refer someone you definitely want to know that these people are reliable and consistent in their service and product. Come to our next breakfast and find out what a friendly group we are. There are usually 45 to 60 business people in attendance. I will be there and we promise to make you feel welcome.
